Opened in 2002, it’s a small but comfortable hotel, situated in the centre of the city, close to the Musical Theatre and the Decembrists Museum. Offers suite, semi-suite, and apartment rooms, which all are equipped with conditioner, television and mini-bar. Restaurant “Gloria” is situated on the ground floor. There’s also a banquette hall for organizing meetings and events.

The hotel is quite comfortable and a good choice for both tourists and business people. There is a small restaurant in the hotel but mostly the place consists of rooms for guests without much else.
