SHIISHIGT RIVER
Shiishigt river (Shiishigt gol) originates in Darhadyn Hot Gor valley (Khuvsgol aimag) and falls
into lake Tsagaan Nuur (White Lake), about 50km west of Khuvsgol
Nuur. Then the river flows out of Tsagaan Nuur lake to the Mongolian - Russian border and
it empties into Kyzyl Khem and then falls into Small Enisei. The river is strongly meandering and surrounded by a lot of lakes. In it's upper course
Shiishigt river is surrounded by swamps and close to Tsagaan Nuur lake it has severe banks. This area has more than 200 small lakes.
The length - about 150 km till lake Tsagaan Nuur and then about 90 km till falling into Kyzyl Khem.
